DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for courier transit. This means your order should arrive within 4–7 business days in total. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy page.

Is there a delivery fee? No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States at no extra cost. You can find more information on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you deliver internationally? Currently, POLARTOP only delivers to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey on our tracking page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their clear garment packaging with SKU label in the same condition they arrived.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective? If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at support@polartop.com. Attach photographs of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.

How quickly will I receive my refund? Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The funds will be credited to your original payment method, though your bank may require additional time to post the amount to your account.

Do you charge restocking fees? No restocking fees are applied for returns that meet our return conditions.

EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Can I exchange a product? Yes, we are happy to process exchanges. Contact our team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and we will dispatch the replacement once we have received it.

Can I cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our standard returns process.

Can I change my order after placing it? Modifications can only be made before your order is shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@polartop.com. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any adjustments.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment options including major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment icons are displayed at the bottom of our website, and full details can be found in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and we comply fully with PCI DSS security standards. Your complete card details are never stored on our servers.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide to help you choose the right fit. If you are still unsure, our customer service team is happy to provide personalized recommendations.

What happens if an item is out of stock? Items that are currently unavailable are clearly marked on the website. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we will alert you as soon as the item becomes available again.
